What is your return policy?

There is a 15% restocking fee. This covers the time and materials used to send the order in the first place. The original shipping fee will be deducted for any returns. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us before placing your order.

You must let us know within 3 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it. If it is over 3 days, NO return is accepted.

After that, we will need to receive the product within 10 days and after receiving the item a refund will be processed.

We will not process a refund for used items, we use UV lights to check our items so please do not waste your time/money returning used merchandise.

You are responsible for the shipping the item back to use. We do not provide a return shipping label

I forgot to change my address on my order and the order was send, what happens now..

Unfortunately, since this is not our fault, we have to wait for the package to be returned and then we can re-send it. Please note that new postage will have to be paid. This can be one thru Etsy, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. If you would like a refund instead, a refund minus the postage will be given once the item has been received back. 

My orders show delivered but I did not receive my package, what do I do now?

Our policy for lost or stolen packages is as follows. We suggest you ask your neighbors or contact our local post office as the labels have a GPS tracking number in them. If you are unable to locate the package and making a claim with the post office does not work, we will offer a 30% discount code for a new order. 

If the order shows delivered, the address is correct, and your local post office is unable to make a claim for you, likely you package was stolen, check your cameras if you have any and you can make a police report. We will offer a 60% discount on a replacement order if a police report is filed.

My order shows in transit for a long time, is it lost?

Due to the amount of daily orders, we are unable to track every order, however, if you let us know after a few days of the order not updating, we will contact our local post office, open up a claim and make sure we get some sort of solution within 72 hours. We aim to provide excellent customer service. Please bear in mind that the postal service is out of our control. 

My orders shows Pre-Transit and it has been a few days, is it on the way?

Yes, once we print the shipping label, the order is dropped off on the same day the label is printed or the next business day if it is the weekend. USPS then needs to scan the package, sometimes that happens in the first sorting facility and sometimes in the second, or when it gets to your local post office. This means, there could be up to a 3-4 day delay on the update of the status but your order is on the way. 

When will my order require signature for delivery? 

If your order is over $200USD, it will require a signature at delivery, if you would like to waive the signature, you can contact us before the order ships and by waiving the signature on delivery, you are waiving any claim for lost/stolen packages.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes, we offer priority mail 2-3 business days and express mail 1-2 business days. You can contact us on our chat or by email if you would like to confirm the estimated arrival date for your order.
