My orders show delivered but I did not receive my package, what do I do now?

Our policy for lost or stolen packages is as follows. We suggest you ask your neighbors or contact our local post office as the labels have a GPS tracking number in them. Also, since the package is not big, just double check all your mail to make sure it is not stuck to another package/magazine. If you are unable to locate the package and making a claim with the post office does not work, we will offer a 50% discount code for a new order. 

My order shows in transit for a long time, is it lost?

In over 12k orders, not one has been lost. There have been about 10 orders that have been extremely delay (over a month). Due to the amount of daily orders, we are unable to track every order, however, if you let us know after a few days of the order not updating, we will contact our local post office, open up a claim and make sure we get some sort of solution within 72 hours. I aim to provide excellent customer service. Please bear in mind that the postal service is out of my control. 

My orders shows Pre-Transit and it has been a few days, is it on the way?

Yes, once we print the shipping label, the order is dropped off on the same day the label is printed or the next business day if it is the weekend. USPS then needs to scan the package, sometimes that happens in the first sorting facility and sometimes in the second, or when it gets to your local post office. This means, there could be up to a 3-4 day delay on the update of the status but your order is on the way. 

What is your return policy?

You must let me know within 3 days of receiving the item that you would like to return it. If it is over 3 days, no return is accepted.
After that, we will need to receive the product within 10 days and after receiving the item a refund will be processed.
There is a 10% restocking fee. This covers the time and materials used to send the order in the first place. The original shipping fee will be deducted for any returns. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us before placing your order.

I forgot to change my address on my order and the order was send, what happens now..

Unfortunately, since this is not our fault, we have to wait for the package to be returned and then we can re-send it. Please note that new postage will have to be paid. This can be one thru Etsy, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. If you would like a refund instead, a refund minus the postage will be given once the item has been received back.
