Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday, and Christmas, order processing can take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

If you need a package within 1-3 days, you must select Express Shipping as this is the only service "Guaranteed" by the USPS.

Once the package is sent, we are no longer responsible for late deliveries. If you have any questions, please email us at twineandlove@gmail.com BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. 

  • Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need your item/s sooner we do have an option to expedite your order, this can be reviewed at checkout. 
  • We do not ship internationally due to custom fees.
Shipping costs
  • Orders shipping on Standard mail to an address in the United States are included in our free shipping.
  • Orders shipping on Priority or Express Priority have a different cost which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order. 
  • Orders shipping to an address outside the United States are offered different shipping rates based on the carrier and are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.
